Master Class

Media relations, internal communications and crisis communications are three essential planks in the building of a successful communication policy. As a communication agency, we have honed our specialist skills in these areas over the years. Now with LeadS'cool, the Leads United training school, we are delighted to be able to share our knowledge with you. How? Via a series of top-quality one-day Master Class communication courses.

Who are they aimed at?

Are you an experienced communication manager who wants to keep up to date with the latest developments in your particular area? Or maybe you are a CEO or HR manager and you want to improve your knowledge and skills in various communication disciplines? If so, you’ve come to the right place at LeadS'cool! Attending these Master Classes will enable you to learn how to put communication to its best use as a strategic tool.

Who presents them?

The LeadS’cool Master Classes are presented by Senior Consultants from Leads United, supplemented by the expertise of an outside authority in the various individual areas of communication.

  • For the Master Class on 'New media relations', Philippe Borremans, Managing Director of the online communication agency Blackline, will explore in greater depth the importance of incorporating social media, such as blogging, podcasting, videocasting and social networking.

  • Dr. Erna Claes, consultant at Fenrir Consult, leads the module on ‘change’ in the ‘Internal communications & behavioural change’ Master Class. With her background in psychology, Dr. Claes is able to provide an insight into how people experience change and what the best ways are of introducing change processes.

  • For the Master Class on 'Crisis communications and the importance of social media', we work together with Herman Craeninckx, partner at the business law practice Stibbe. He will provide the participants with a comprehensive view on current affairs and the legal aspects of communication during restructuring and closure.

Master Class programme

After a section spent looking at theory, liberally sprinkled with practical examples, the Master Class will feature a workshop enabling the participants to put that theory into practice. They will then be given in-depth feedback about their performance. To ensure the quality and intensity of each Master Class, the number of participants is restricted to just 15 per session.
