Your profile:

• At least 5 years of agency or in-house communications experience
• Fluent in Dutch/ French/ English
• Good knowledge of the various communications disciplines and the media (knowledge and experience in crisis communications and internal communications is an asset)
• Good strategic thinking combined with fluent execution of strategies
• A strong and fluent personality with managing capacities
• A sense for enterprise and the ability to combine creativity with common sense
• Sense of humour & team player

You will:

• Manage and coach client teams
• Be responsible for team turnover/margins/budget
• Have final responsibility for client strategy and communications plans
• Develop existing and new business
• Contribute to agency strategy/objectives and development
• Be actively involved in agency results
